ANNOUNCEMENT

There will be concurrent meetings of shareholders of Pipeline Micro, Inc. and Pipeline Micro Holdings, Inc. to be held from 1:00-2:00 p.m. and 2:00-3:00 p.m., respectively, on August 22, 2012 at 1188 Bishop Street, Honolulu, HI 96813. Previous and current shareholders are invited.  However, only current shareholders will be invited to vote.
